the result of me getting my driver's lisence: me driving into the country at night blasting Kora music from Tiouamne Dibete and Ali Farka Toure with the windows rolled down.

this barn is kinda special to me. It's the big red barn at the top of the bike climb up Krumkill. It's so beautiful up there and it's all being developed, rumors are around that they're gonna bulldoze this barn and make it into a development.

This is a 30 second long exposure i ran around with a flash light and manually burned in the photo. light painting.

Oh, wow. This looks so much better than it did on the little camera screen. I really love the texture on the barn wall and roof. It seems unreal, almost as if it was made with a computer animation program instead of wood, sweat, and paint. Very cool, brother.

Why thank you! I love taking long exposures at night, because you get these other worldly colors that are to dark for the human eye to discern, you have to slow everything down. i lightened it up a bit in curves and removed some digital noise which occurs in long time digital exposures. thanks for the comment!

No problem. I think I'll go try a bit of that myself tonight.
